I have installed mass effect 2 from the CD and get the opening screen but when I try and start the game it says I have to insert the right CD in because the authentication failed. I have full internet connection but it isnt working. Any help?

Which cd do you have in the drive?? 1 or 2?

You can always input your key to orgin client and play through that.It will work =)
