One Question:
Can you make custom location maps (like the world map of ferelden)?
If so I'd like to learn how, I took a look on google, but nothing.

Yes, you can add your own map into the game. If you are familiar with the toolset, it's not that difficult... but the tutorial can be daunting. Just take your time working through it and do everything it says.
