I'm cool with multiplayer, but I'm still waiting to pre order until I hear something about Origins. I'm not letting that spyware on my pc at all.

I've never bought a BW PC game before and am seriously considering SWTOR. Is their DRM policy hard to work with?

Is that Liara on the right? If so, she's unrecognizable.
The art is pretty atrocious overall.
I wouldn't say atrocious, it just looks rushed. Patryk's probably not used to deadlines I suppose. His other work is top notch, and I'm sure he had more time to work on them.

uncharted 2 did this right by putting co-op missions to play up to 3 friends and these missions had nothing to do with the story of the game and i didn't make the campaign short
hope they do that in this one

It is not Liara, that Asari is lacking her distinct markings. But the Krogan is definately Wrex.
So what does Shepard, Wrex, an unknown Asari, a Cerberus Trooper and a new unknown soldier (possibly female) to do with multiplayer?
Let the rumors commence!

OLD NEWS. We've been talking about this all day.
Let me summarise with a nifty list.
- There is no valid reason to suggest that SP will be compromised because a MP element has been added. They very likely have dedicated teams and budgets so that this doesn't happen. You can't sit there and say it'll be crap. You haven't played it. You have NO idea. You're making absurd assumptions.
- They are business and are trying to make a return on their investments. It isn't a sell-out or whatever some of you like to claim it is. It's good financial sense to extend your franchise to different markets.
- Here's the thing; it's not just about YOU. You can't always get what you want. Other people will have expressed an interest in a MP element. They get their chance.
- It's not taking anything away from the game; it's making it BIGGER. Instead of having one game, you get two. Bonus.
- It's their baby. They can do whatever they want and you can do nothing about it. Except DON'T BUY IT. And of you don't, someone else will. It's no skin off their nose.
-
Go away rational person, you'll ruin everything!

Remember when any thread mentioning Multiplayer was instantly locked by javierabegazo?
Are you kidding? Look below this thread. He locked all of them and started his own. I bet he's raging though, up until the tweet he was scolding people saying it wasn't in.
After playing GoW 3 horde, I don't see why ME3 shouldn't have something like this, and its more likely than coop.

Actually, if you were paying attention to the timeline at all, I opened my thread first and had it stickied, some just didn't notice because we've not had a new sticky thread for months now. I'm actually quite intrigued to play this MP element, but this isn't the time or place for petty remarks, so as in the past, feel free me PM me all the frowny faces you want, but stay on topic.

Snip to the chase:In co-op? It might be possible. In traditional online matches? Not even a microscopic similarity to a positive, with a million thirteen-year-old snarl-fountains playing those same krogans.I012345 wrote...
You can see a positive in playing as a Krogan running around shotgunning other Geth? Not even a little bit?
Hate to break it to you but the average age of a gamer in 2011 is 37. So I don't know how your going to find so many 13 year olds.

First player can be Shepard, but the second or third player can be your squadmates and jump in to help you out in battles if you allow them to. This is very doable and would make the best use of multiplayer IMO.

But surely he can't be the only artist at Bioware. Also his artwork with Femshep seemed a little off too.

But it's skin off MY nose that I don't get to play ME3 the way I wanted, so I LOSE.- It's their baby. They can do whatever they want and you can do nothing about it. Except DON'T BUY IT. And of you don't, someone else will. It's no skin off their nose.

Yes, they have the right to abandon the single player gamers after pretending to care about us all this time. They didn't tell us about the decision until now because they wanted to hide it.
No, they don't care if I don't buy it. But I care that I lost a game I want to play. So don't tell me I have no grounds for complaints just because you say I am unimportant.

If it's a standalone co-op experience ala, RDR, co-op missions then bring it on. If it's your basic TDM, Capture the Krogan (Flag), King of the Citadel (Hill), I'll be a little bit sceptical.

Since you need to register SWTOR to your SWTOR account, I doubt there's an obvious DRM aside from that. It was confirmed the piece of crap called Origin isn't required for SWTOR so it is safe to purchase. However, with multiplayer in ME3, I'm terrified Origin might be required to even instal ME3. Please don't let this be true:mellow:
