This morning, the BSN handed Bioware a final note stating that unless we heard from them that they would deny the existence of multiplayer by 11.00 am, a state of war would exist. I have to tell you now, that no such undertaking has been recieved, and so consequently, the BSN is at war with itself

Ah ah, Co-op. Called it. Not that it will stop people raging about Bioware/EA wanting the COD fans in or some other BS anyway, but I am content that I won't have to suffer through yet another derivative, half-assed frag-fest.

So is this why ME3 was delayed? To tack on something that was never a part of Shepard's storyline?


Not that I'm against some form of ME multiplayer (though I have absolutely zero use or interest in it, myself), but I really don't see why they had to tack it onto ME3. Why not a new game that was built from the ground up for multiplayer? Why make it take up time and resources and oh yeah, space on my computer, for something that was never a part of this trilogy to begin with?

Ugh. I feel like BioWare's going to be disappointing me again. There's no way this multiplayer option will ever even remotely be a 'positive' thing for me, I just hope it's not too much of a 'negative'.

Wait, co-op story mode for an RPG is worst case scenario? Erm... look back through BioWare RPGs for a moment. Nothing "worst" about it.

This pretty much what I suspected. Co-op missions.

I'm willing to bet they are either outside of the main ME3 story or take place before or after the main events. I see this as being like Portal 2 or SC: Conviction co-op.

People need douse the flaming sword of rage and let it temper a bit. If it is done right I think it might be fun. Since it's BW-Edmonton, it is not the same group who is working on the SP. campaign.
