Back when Bioware was bought by EA, Bioware stated that EA would only fund the games and have no input into the content.
Guess we now know for certain that in reality Bioware have to bend over backwards for EA and do everything they say.
First we have the butchers job that was ME2 in order to appease the 10 second attention span CoD kiddies and now we have the multiplayer that Bioware always catagorically denied was ever going to happen. ( Untill the sudden announcement that the game was going to be delayed to add 'new' content and polish. From which point all denial was also suddenly absent. )
Still unsure if i'm going to buy ME3, but If I do it's only going to be to finish off Shepards story and will very probably be the last Bioware game I ever buy.
The name Bioware used to mean something but now it's just the name of a generic games company.
Oh, FFS, you troglodyte.
60% of BSN prefer ME2, 40% of BSN prefer ME1. As shown through multiple polls. Also, most professional critics and non bioware fan boys prefer ME2 as well.
Face it, the 10 second attention span CoD kiddies make up most BSN fan base. How obnoxious are you ME1 fanboys, lol.
Name calling, how quaint and original.
Millions of people buy and listen to generic dance music every day and watch reality TV every week. But it doesn't mean that it isn't a pile ****e to a lot of people.
The reason I **** about the way Bioware are going ( or have gone I should say ), is that there are many, many games companies out there tossing out crap generic shooters but there are fewer and fewer games companies releasing top notch RPGs.
Unfortunately Bioware seem to be moving more toward the generic shooter / generic hack n slash than the high quality RPGs they became famous for.
This pisses off a lot of their original fan base - you know - the people that put them where they are to begin with.
