I will still be playing ME3 because I'm invested in the characters and story. However, I doubt I'll use the "mulitplayer element" because I really don't like multiplayer on any games. Video games are how I relax and it's not very relaxing to get shot by an annoying 12 year old screaming obscenities at me.

Not exactly news to me, but I'll maintain my initial reaction:

"Meh"

Not a disappointed meh, or even a particularly annoyed meh. More an apathetic, why-is-this-happening? meh, combined with that slight twinge of frustration that this is what they pushed the release date back several months for?

Can't believe they're not spending 7 MONTHS polishing the game. This is truly a shock.

I can feel specks of spit literally coming from my monitor because of the hate, I predict multiplayer will end up like Dead Space 2 multiplayer in 2-3 weeks, empty.

Well well... I'm sad. If the single player experience remains untouched in terms of quality even with the addon of multiplayer, than fine. If the single player experience lacks, I'll be extremely frustrated.

We all love Mass Effect for what it is. A magnificent single player story experience. We are now at the end of a trilogy, which is expected to be the best of all. After DA2, they really need to not screw up the conclusion.

At this stage all we know is there is an MP element, we can't assume anything.

Enjoy waiting for those magazines to come out because there probably isn't going to be any official word until the embargo is over.

Absolute disgrace, After the pathetic offering that was Dragon Age 2 and now they alienate their hardcore crowd by introducing something the majority of us do not want is a disgrace. Every game news site i have seen (Gameinformer, xbox360achievements) the comments are littered with dissapproval and disappointed. ARE YOU REALLY THIS OUT OF TOUCH WITH YOUR AUDIENCE BIOWARE? Youu use to be a developer i admired and loved, now you are just another developer creating mediocre games. You cannot hold a candle to Bethesda and CDPR these days.

I am okay with this feature, as long as there's a "free-for all shoot and kill everybody" mode.

I want to beat people senseless. I want to humiliate them with my Biotic Charge-SHOTGUN TO THE FACE combo.

No one really wanted this, BioWare.

But I still have faith in you that this actually turns out to be an interesting multiplayer mode. You did that for previous games so let's not make this a lame deathmatch or horde mode. You can do better.
