Can anybody add it so when a Rogue character is in the flank radial area or stealth they could Sneak attack with their bow?

Possibly, but even in D&D, there was a limit on distance to target for this.

U mean backstab with a bow i guess? Because sneak != backstab in DA, and u can sneak attack with a bow while in stealth.
