However, I'm curious how people are posting Youtube videos about the DLC when it's not supposed to be released until tomorrow.

Some enterprising souls broke into Bioware's vaults during a dinner party and stole a disc containing the DLC.

Or it was accidentally made available a day early to PC-users, I dunno.
