I started playing Dragon Age Origins on one computer, but now I'd like to continue playing my game on a different pc. Is this possible (with my account or something like that)?

Yes. It is possible to do this but you have to re-install everything on your new PC and then connect to the DA servers in order to authenticate your installed DLC's. Lastly, you copy over your old character files to the same location on your new PC then you should be able to start the game and load your character file.
