Hi today i played and finished legacy dlc its was ... i loved the environment.
So i read at Dragon age Wiki about a maul for Carver. Specific a mual named Lineage...
I didnt get it.

Yes, it's bugged. 
If you're on pc you can get it using the updated vaddi. I've not tried yet but it should work

Yep it works. i download the mode vaddi + the update of october and type....
"runscript vaddin lineage" and a window popS up
also you can type "runscript vaddi carver"
