Don't expect to hear actual responses from everyone. The majority of people like to be listened to, rather than to listen.

How lazy can you get, BioWare? At first I was sceptic, then the statement came and I actually was a bit relieved, but now it just boils down to this: shooting wave after wave of enemies. I know you like "ENEMIES EVERYWHERE!" but come one, this is not what I would call co-op missions.
Lame.
Along with killing your enemies, mission objectives will be sprinkled here and there. Retrieving data packets around the map and protecting an ally while they hack a series of terminals were a few of the described mission objectives.

Actually no, if you ask stupid or immature question you don't 'deserve' a response.
Such as nit picking aspects of is 1 pixel changes on screen it's ok but 2 pixels not ok? Which along the same lines of his questions. There is a limit to how petty a person's question should be and he crossed that line.

That FAQ actually makes my day better. I was pretty sad to see multiplayer introduced in the conclusion of a trilogy, but if indeed an additional dedicated team appart from the main team is in charge of multiplayer and that my single player experience won't be altered, I think it's a pretty good idea the way the multiplayer will be presented. I loved ME1, ME2, and it's the same team, so I have faith.
I myself was very hesistant about the idea but most of my worries have been put to rest by the FAQ, and especially the tone of the FAQ

Do you honestly think they would be so excited and called multiplayer secret x or whatever just for "horde mode"? I don't think so.Forsythia wrote...

lol same here, if this multiplayer can be done alone, and with bots, then I'll actually be looking foward to it.

There's not much else they can do without radically changing the system.
Not to mention that it's good to keep the co-op separate from the main story.
And as mentioned in the magazine, you can play by yourself, and not miss a thing.

Your response seemed to indicate that you were in fact doing just that sort of nitpicking yourself, and I wanted to know if that was really the case. Your extreme reluctance to answer a very simple question is rather strange.

And yet it's claimed that the MP missions can be accomplished solo.

I know the announcement, has there been any word on split screen? I'd like to play with buddies on the couch. More fun than online.

According to the OXM article, no bots.
I was afraid of that.
The hopefull person in me wants to believe that we'll get them just to stem the outcry between now and launch.
The cynic in me realizes that if it's bots it's no longer MP, and EA can't make you buy an online pass for that. Same thing with couch co-op. As much as I'd love it, the cynic in me realizes they can't get cash out of you for that either, so I doubt we'll see it.

If you think it may or may not be good, state why and stop wasting time whining about a feature confirmed and not going away. It just makes the whiners sound like cavemen crying about the invention of fire or wheels...
"You just don't like change." -10 points for standard reflexive witless response, try again.
And yes, chief, we did read about how it's going to work, we do comprehend it, and holy crap, we still don't want it, like it, or look forward to it.

Are online passes strictly PC, or does this involve Xbox Live as well?

If there are no bots, and your mission involves one person accessing data while the other person covers them, or something along those lines... then how are you going to accomplish your mission single-player?

That was until I read this:
"The multiplayer experience boils down to a four player co-op survival style mode that lets you fight increasingly difficult waves of Cerberus foes."
Not Cerberus again
I'm actually less happy about the whole thing now than I was to start with.

It sounds like you can take it all by yourself if you're on a high level, though.
