pilot a warship down the reaper flagship throat. Rig the engines to create a nice antimatter explosion. While the reapers try to reorganize their command structure hit em hard with all the galactic forces you could muster.

As long as Bioware doesn't shove in a cheap Dues Ex Machina, I'll be happy with however the Reapers are defeated. A Dues Ex Machina device is the bane of storytelling in my opinion. The Gears Trilogy ended with one, and it ruined the entire story.
