I mean should they end like the other ME games or should there be a epilogue like DA Orgins which tells what happened to characters, races, etc.
What kind of ending do you want from ME3?

Mass Effect Style, because each ending will be radically different (being the end of the trilogy)

But wouldn't you like to know the fate of all your teammates from all the games? What effect you had in their lives.

I never thought of cutscenes. That would be amazing!

As long as they tie up loose plot threads there will be no need for an epilogue. But the series so far has been pretty good about that sort of thing so I'm not all too worried about it. Hopefully it won't just be: Introduction - Rising Action - More Rising Action - Even More Rising Action - Climax - Sudden End. If they put in a good 20 minutes worth of content after the climax that should be enough for players to come to terms with what happened to all their favorite characters via short dialogues with them and such (sort of like how Origins ended if you survived).

I would like to be like Fallout new Vegas. Where you see how each faction and companion, is affected by your choices, but as GMagnum said with cutscenes not slides.

Bitter Sweet. People have died, sacrafices have been made, lives have changed, but in all we have succeeded.

I want a bittersweet one. But I also want others to have the option of pursuing what they desire.

None. I want the game to just fade to black right after you engage the last boss and then a pop up to announce you have to be one of the top ten players in the co-op missions to complete the game. It'll be awesome.

A very bitter, bitter, bittersweet ending. The Reapers should leave the worlds that were attacked in ruins or at least in a state were it forces the races to realize how much they need each other and they will not come to that realization or believe it with out the Reapers attack. Because the only thing that can force change on someone is brute force.

A relatively small and obscure decision in both Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 determines whether you get the "fairytale happy" ending or the "Shepard becomes indoctinated and everyone dies twice" ending.

If I had my druthers, my Shepard would give both the Council and the Alliance the bird, hand in their Spectre resignation, and go live on Rannoch with the reunited Quarians and Geth.
Seriously, being a scapegoat for those idiots has its limits.

Multiple ones. A bittersweet one, the "happily ever after, sunshine and bunnies" one, the really depressing one where everybody (including Shepard) dies.
For replay value's sake.

It'd be so naive to think that ME3 will have a good ending. There'll be a good fight and story development but the cycle of extinction will continue no matter what. Whilst it shall conclude Shepard's story, in the end after Reapers completed their harvest, we'll possibly get to see who created Reapers in the first place.

Cutscene versions of the DA:O slides firstly wouldn't happen because they'd take too many resources, and secondly if they did happen would take ridiculously long.
Text, with a few pictures, is a far superior medium for doing something like that.
