Whatever the end is, I'd like to see a nice, long epilogue in case Shepard survives and the galaxy is saved. If not - keep it short, don't need to face how everything I loved end killed and destroyed by Reapers *g*

More seriously: I'm going for the "best outcome". In my eyes the "best ending" is more or less one with all Citadel races surviving. Most or all of your squadmates of ME, ME2 and ME3 should live as well at the end and of course, Shepard should be there, looking for another task as a Spectre.
Oh and yes ... my LI survives and I can see at least some tiny romantic epilogue.
