[Chernaya]

 I hope this hasn't been resolved already... but I looked around. 

So, when I go to try and use a health potion, my health doesn't get restored. The potion disappears like I used it, but the effect doesn't work. It does the same thing with mana/stamina potions... it's kind of annoying. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a way to fix it? :/ It sucks. 

I would like to add - this is happening on my 360, but it is also happening on my brother's PS3.
