They arent at the moment, why should MP be any different?PXXL wrote...
Will in-game voices be morphed for players wearing a helmet?

Also how many MP missions will there be?
Based on other answers already provided, no bots, either other players, or solo.Ramus Quaritch wrote...
Will we be able to play with bots in multiplayer or do we have to play with people?
MP will have its own files and settings, so SP modding will have no effect on MP, once we have figured out how to do it.KainrycKarr wrote...
So we can mod single-player files without tampering with multiplayer?

answering most been answered. I'm glad there Offline, Locan Multiplayer.
I hope that's correct, from one of the Devs.
All other questions that were asked, either already existed, or were so boneheaded stupid that they dont need to be asked. Do you really want to join PrinceZeel in that section of the FAQ?
I have also updated the Origin question with a clarification, as well as a note about some experiments I am doing about its behaviour.

Actually, there is an effect applied when a character is wearing headgear that covers the face. The voice has a "tinnier" sound, as if coming from a speaker.

Is there? Never noticed that before. Thanks. I shall amend my answer to;
If SP does it, then MP will probably do it.

how can you play co-op solo? Wouldn't that just be like playing the SP campaign? O_o

Ever play Borderlands solo? Like that: you do the same stuff, just without any help (they also do some variable scaling to compensate in that game).
BTW, for those wondering if they're going to remove the solo option...I kinda doubt it. Here's why: I don't think they're interested in kicking you off if, say, the other three people you were playing with all decided to quit on you in the midst of a mission for whatever reason and force you to do it all over again to get any of the rewards you'd racked up thus far.
Also, they have to take into account the fact that you may be the only one of the group currently alive. I.e., the need for one person to be able to handle it is kind of inherent in the system. It may be pretty difficult to do so, but it's rather likely it won't be so difficult that it may as well impossible.

Didnt think of sandboxing to be honest. Was concentrating more on complete isolation of it and its processes.Epic Legion wrote...
Not sure if anyone already said that,
but you don't need a virtual machine to run Origin isolated. Good
sandboxing software should be enough (Sandboxie etc.).
I'll look into it once I work out whats gone wrong in my PC since the power outage. GPU running hot just using a browser (63* C), and crashing if I try and do too much at once, so some RAM issues too.

If you actually paid attention to the official announcement and FAQ, you would realise that MP is just an alternative way to get the same level of readiness as you can get in SP.

As far as I understand it you earn "War Assets" by playing multiplayer co-op - the same "War Assets" can be earned in singleplayer. Think of them as resources from Mass Effect 2. You then decide what to do with these "War Assets" (like using resources to upgrade your ship in ME2). If you got a lot of them and use them correctly (on the correct upgrades in ME2) your galactic readiness and thus your chance of survival goes up. Howver, it was stated by Jesse Houston on his twitter that galactic readiness is but one of many factors that influence the ending - choices from ME1,ME2 and ME3 as well as some other factors contribute.

I assume this means mod tools for creating your own battlegrounds for MP? So players can design their own planet surfaces, urbarn scenerios, office buildings, amusement parks, etc, to fight through.
Not sure if I got it right though.

"Will we see our MP characters in SP?"
More over will we seem them in the final battle or on the normandy or as a cameo, but the above question should suffice for now.

Uncharted 2 and Halo 3 had this too, so it shouldn't be that hard to make.

Also the MP has a level cap of 20. You can also play as a Drell in MP.

We have no idea about what sort of customisation is available for any races yet, so wont know until that question is answered.C-Sec Nova wrote...
I somewhat have a question or two... When
you create a custom character, will there be a code for the character
like there was for SP, as well as can you create a character on the PC
then import it to a console game? Skate 2 had a feature like that where
you could create a custom skateboard on pc then link it through an Ea
account to the system. I just think that would be kinda cool considering
I already have my own Turian drawn.
