How many powers can a single MP character hold, will it be lesser than what we got in SP due to lack of ability to pause?
And can we create multiple character/class/power/weapons combination and save them as different profiles? So that we can easily swap to them when we requires. You know, for balancing issues when you work with other players.

Krogan do have a charge move. It's not a melee though, but more like a class power.

Will the progression be like COD or GOW, as in you get to keep your exp and skills over several games online, as opposed to a DoTA esque, start from scratch each match type?
Will we be able to create Custom classes? Combining powers that normally aren't possible in ME3, and will the bonus powers be available? Also, will there be MP only skills, aside from the modified time dialation ones?
If galactic readiness(GR) is collected by MP, will we have to define for which SP savegame it is? Or will we be able to distribute collected MP GR afterwards?
WIll the game be akin to Horde mode 2.0, as in you fight waves of enemies, and than a boss. And will we have the option to upgrade defenses, set up turrets and shields for defense?
Will there a an ingame shop, to unlock new items/weapons and armor?
Will there be a penalty to being revived several times in a short period, akin to "Kane and Lynch, dead men"?
Will biotic powers such as singularity be possible to be cast by all four at the same time? Also will there be combo options specificly designed for MP?
Will there be something akin to halo Skulls, and GOW mutators to increase the gain in GR or Exp?
Are there plans to create new MP gamemodes such as versus and/or more rpg-ish tower defese gameplay?
And lastly, will it be possible earn GR and Exp offline, and than have it added to your character as soon as you go online? (offline progression control)

I'm guessing that the power wheel will remain, but it won't pause the game anymore. Not such a big deal when you're only managing one character. You may map powers to the D-pad instead since you don't have squad-mates to issue commands to.
I'm curious to know if we'll only be able to play each map once per SP play through, or if GaW is tied to all of your Sheps.

how sure are you about using the Dpad to map powers? id be a bit confused if MP allowed for more customization then the SP. the Dpad should be for abilities regardles of SP or MP anyways.
i also wonder how the accumulated XP will be sepereated for each of my sheps.

Will the MP missions be referenced during the SP?
For example, maybe Shep asks about something of critical strategic importance, to which Anderson replies along the lines of "We've dispatched a special ops force there, but are yet to hear back from them."
Not a big deal but I for one kinda like that kind of thing. It makes me smile knowing that the game is talking about something I had, or am going to have, a hand in.

How will kicking unsavory players work? Group votes, time limits before kick can happen, ect.
(Assuming you can kick in the first place)
Will we be able to have a personal ban list of players to never be matched up with again?
(I know that kind of thing is a long shot in the first place, but it happens to me sometimes in other games during low traffic hours)
Will there be a report (and suspensions for multiple violations) system for rude players?

online multiplayer just feels...less than splitscreen multiplayer for me, it's not the same as having your friends beside you and having a good time together in the same room. not saying that online multiplayer should not be in mind you but that local multiplayer must be in.
Just do what I do. Hope it does have it, if it does cool good their a better game dev, for that.
If not invest in another Xbox,PS3 or (I heard this was possible to play split screen but im highly doubtfull about it)PC
I do that just so i can play games with my brother. (though he's not that into Mass Effect(I'll make him though))

Given that the game wont know if you intend to do the game SP or MP, it wont refer to them in advance.
Once the MP mission is completed, you will have the "war resources" available to you.
Other questions about kicking/banning have been added.

The ACBRS. Apparently they were going broke because of the lack of butthurt, and figured there was an untapped goldmine in people like you who had no idea about Bioware history of MP RPG's.

For PS3 they disconnect me from Killzone 3 all the time. not surprised if it would happen with ME3.
