Being one of the people to make a 'Worse playthrough' attempt, am definitly curious about the combination of Neo's and the other question. I hope the answer is that we can choose to disassociate the external stuff from particular ME3 playthroughs if we want because I want that particular playthrough to not get some extra bonus from outside the campaign.

How is Galaxy Readiness displayed? A bar graph, or some story-telling device in game? Like on our personal computers or what not?

That's odd. Ths thread has nothing to do with Origin and the Origin thread had nothing to do with Multiplayer

OOooh now it really is Gears of War....in space. I hope though if we have to have a stupid gimmick like this, it has split screen. I don't want to have to fork out for live when I just ripped MS claws from being deeply embedded into my flesh after 2 years. I've not healed yet and the PSN sucks and drops out at random so don't even go there.

Since the Origin thread was closed, I'll add my specific question here, as requested by Stanley Woo.

Will the Origin software package be required to install, register or play ME3 AT ALL on the PC? Assuming it's (ME3) installed via a retail disk.

Here is my one and only question, apologies if it has been answered already.

How are saved games being handled for SP and multi player. In some other games I've played they changed the save games to 'save points' due to adding multiplayer. I HATE save points and do not want that system to affect single play.

Here's a specific question for someone at Bioware to answer:

"Will you please officially rule out multiplayer or coop for Dragon Age 3 as a bone to the part of your fanbase that absolutely hates a lot of your recent decisions like Kinect, coop ME3, Awesome button DA2, etc.?"

Throw this segment of your customer base a freaking bone here and at least guarantee ONE series won't become multiplayer like KOTOR and ME have become.

How will using powers work? Since it pauses the game, and having a biotic on your team would then lead to the game freezing constantly as they choose a different power; I would presume that it would simply not pause the game.

@Bogsnot1: Thanks for creating this thread! I'm glad someone started one so that a lot of the questions don't get lost in the official announcement thread. I think you've listed all the questions that I hope to have an answer for in your OP.

@Brenon: Thank you for the update! I've got to say that I was a bit concerned about MP, but the announcement thread helped alleviate some of the concerns. Hopefully when you guys release some more info the rest of them will be addressed.

2 question/fears I have.

1. How will players who only play single player be able to reach the same level of Galactic Readiness than people who play (a lot of) multiplayer?
Fear is: The SP players have to do a repetitive grind like probing last game or "kill 10 cerberus agents" over and over again

2. Will decisions made in previous games affect the Galactic Readiness Level?
Fear here is that a lot of previous decisions will be reduced to an email and +X on the GRL.

Also, this is REALLY important:

I do not have an internet connection in my home. Will I be able to play ME3 without being logged in after initially validating the installation the first time I play it?

Because I have been denied the pleasure of playing AAA games in the past--even though I bought a hard copy--thanks to anti-piracy measures that supposedly protect legal owners like me.  It was incredibly frusting to wait an entire summer before I could play Portal 2, and even more frustrating when I was unable to access my StarCraft 2 save files.
