Bioware,
Is there no way to solve the region specific content issues that so many of us are having? Creating new accounts on PSN isnt an acceptable solution.
My PSN account is European and the copy of DAO CE i purchased is US. Can the content be transfered or unlocked so that is can be downloaded onto my European account?

It can't. The version of the North American game is BLUS and the European one is BLES. The DLCs are just not compatible, and I don't see them ever being.
You have to create a North American PSN account and link it to a new Bioware account. If you've wasted the codes on an european one, just explain the problem technical support and ask them to transfer your codes to a new account like I did.

you should know if you imported it or not, that's not exactly something that happens by accident
