Instructor: One hit to a vital organ or artery and you're dead.

 

Student: What about willpower?

 

Instructor: In a real fight it's kill or be killed. The threat of death is all the motivation you need to fight your enemy. Besides fights are so short that willpower is not an issue.

 

Student: What about intelligence?

 

Instructor: It's more to do with technique and reading your opponent.

 

Student: Evasion?

 

Instructor: There is no "evasion" skill. You just have to read your opponent and move out the way.

 

Student: Agility?

 

Instructor: You have two legs and two arms. You can move around with ease. You are as agile as you need to be.

 

Student: What about magic?

 

Instructor: So you're going to stop in the middle of a sword fight to perform a magic trick? I don't follow.

 

Student: If strength, cunning, willpower, intelligence, constitution, evasion, agility and magic are useless, where shall I spend my attribute points then?
