Bioware's people very seldom come around here. This is for Game Problems, gamer to gamer in here. If you want to discuss points, go to the Points Forum. If you want EA's official support, scroll down and click on their link at the bottom of the page.

Im using a prepaid mastercard to buy pionts for my dragon age 2 pc game and it keeps on saying the transaction cant be completed why doe it keep on saying that.

Don't you folks read ANYTHING besides the thread title? No answers to this in here. It's not a game problem, and it's not anything that other gamers here can do anything about. There is a separate POINTS forum, as already advised here several times.

Hello I'm getting the error "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." I'm currently in Germany and my paypal/credit cards are Australian. I tried both Origin and Bioware store.

I am also getting this error once again. It had been fixed a couple of months ago, but now it has reappeared. Very strange! I live in Germany, but my credit card is from the US.

There has been no change.  Bioware / EA does NOT monitor anything here in this forum or in this thread.

I'm attempting to buy from Australia & also getting the NU2001 error, PC, tried with both an AU VISA & MasterCard, from different banks, so I wouldn't say 'third party', I'd say EA servers. can we please fix this.

As has been said before, use the POINTS forum for this kind of issue:

(And only the EA Customer Support people can really do anything about Point Balances and incomplete purchases.)

1. You have ALREADY posted where you shpuld have, to discuss this with other game players. 

2.  There is NO ONE here who "Fixes" anything. 

3.  Aren't there any optometrists in OzLand?  You can't see the reminders all over the place that are referred to in this comment?

i`ve tryded the moneybrookers option and it doesn`t work also ik can log in with my skrill accound and then sellect a paymend option. Ad this point i select ideal and want to proceed but then it gives me a error and i cant pay this is cetting frustrating
