Eh, so there isn't the option to take the information yourself for the good of all Thedas?

I haven't seen one. Hawke goes all "Give me the scroll!", Tallis says "Nuh uh!", throws the jewel to Hawke and leaves, end of the DLC.

Oh for ****s sake...

What it is with you guys not giving Hawke the ability to make any real decisions, David?

Well for my part, I thought that Mark of the Assassin was hilarious. Some of the lines that Sarcastic Hawke would speak were just comedy gold. I particularly liked it when Hawke got all melodramatic while attempting to trick the guards in the court yard.

Like that I felt like I was RPing a Fereldan again. It was fun schooling a bunch of Orlesian pansies whilst reminding them that Hawke is a dog lord. "I've been waiting for this ORLESIAN." The Chasind dude Cahir was cool too. I guess cause Chasind people reminds me of Morrigan and Lothering. Aggressive Hawke felt more organic than in Legacy so that was good. Didn't feel like I was playing the wrong personality this time. Isabela is a force of nature, like the sea. So that's good. One of the humorous options (to the guard I think) had me in tears. Cometesse Dulci was funny too, I wish Varric was there though.

I missed the dark grittiness of the Deep Roads/Taint/Darkspawn/Old Gods. But that was the point, it was an Orlesian party.

I'm upset that Tallis just leaves like kthnksbye! I felt like Hawke has been played yet again.

I do want some further clarification on Mages and the Qun. Some of the lore just doesn't add up. Arrvaraad sicks the karataam on Hawke's ass like white on rice. But Talis is all "Tee hee! You're Basilit-an!" I thought mages and magic are supposed to be reviled. I wish Hawke could have brought it up when she spilled the beans.

Overall it was fun. Legacy is more my type of thing but that's me being me.

How is that Hawkes fault? Hawke asked, Tallis said no. Tallis is keeping Hawke back :P

I loved this DLC. The lines for sarcastic Hawke and other party banter were pure gold. I hunger for more.

One is an agent for the Qunari. The other is an agent for the Chantry. Doesn't take much to put 2 and 2 together. Professional rivalry. Spies have them too.

Leliana isn't a spy for the Chantry. She's a spy for the Divine. A slight, but important, difference, I think.

The Chantry's "headquarters" are in Val Royeaux (the capital of Orlais I believe).

Oh this DLC was so great. I think I have to play it 50 more times.....at least.

I loved moment with Bran and his elf companion since my male Hawke had slept with "her" XD

oh for fraks sake. WHY do our actions have to benefit the horn heads. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I hope Hawk can kick the Stuffing out of the Qun in the next game, I don't care if the allies are Blood Mages.

"If the Qunari invaded the deeproads I would say good things about the Darkspawn to the people."

I usually don't mind 'evil' factions in games, but the Qun is so repulsive, repressive and inflexible that I will not rest until it is destroyed.

"The Qun must be stopped. No matter the cost." Que The Touch

i liked it but am sad that tallis wasnt a DLC permanent party member, she would be my canon LI if i could maker her one (which has me ask will kissing her affect anything? like how sebastian was ignored in epilogue but legacy accepts that you are in a romance with him?) i'd assume not but i can still have hope!

Anyway, did anyone brought Aveline yet? is there special quest for her like Isabela?

Yes, without spoiling too much, she learns about her family and also how not to handle glassware.

Can anyone tell me if its worth to wait til end game to do this, i am on my first playthrough and at lvl 10, I am getting the stats for Skepticism (green unqiue) +2% crit chance, bonus to lockpick, and bonus to drop coin. Is that the same as people playing it at lvl 24? Cause these items don't say they lvl as we do.

They're the same for my high-level Hawke.
