I always felt her character was meant for more than two minutes of game time.
Mayby as a side quest squadmate?

I think Shepard finds enough philosophy and sexual satisfaction in his squad at this point.

Only if Shepard is also given a "back off, woman" dialogue option. My first Shepard was channeling Donkey during the first meeting: "that is unwanted physical contact."

I felt really disappointed when my womanizing Shepard didn´t find the Consort at the Citadel. He wanted her to reassert the 'gift of words'.
I support the idea of bringing her back.

When she gave us the gift of words, I always thought "Well no sh*t!"

I think she's a reaper agent whose very aware of the fact, the last thing I want is her as a squad mate but I would like to see if my theory on her is true. She's not brainwashing people for nothing and if your shep (un)willingly sleep with her she should be able to influence him/her too. Oh and I suppose I should mention dear BW no more ren options with her or else give us some room in the dialogue progression if we do so say ren = sleep with her again have her say something and give us the option to say back the hell off!

If she comes back, Shepard will be telling the court where she touched him.

If she returns, then so should Septimus IMO.

If she comes back, my Shepard will be taking her up for that.
