This question is more for the developers. I know one of the patches was supposed to fix not being able to import the Warden Commander armor you get from Sophia Dryden into Awakening (or other DLC) but what about the Starfang sword that Levi's brother forges for you? It is removed from the inventory when I import into Awakening, Golems of Amgarrak or Witch Hunt. Also the DA:O patch page only shows up to patch 1.03 but I know there were a few after that. Where can I find them?

Starfang can't be imported at all into Awakening, GoA or Witch Hunt. Not without a mod.

actually its good news, import with starfang in your hand, and another sword in your backpack,
and the stats bonus of starfang will be implemented in your avatar during import,
and so when you pick the other sword, you will have the bonus from wardens keep stuff permanently attached.
Same goes for promotional items, and same goes for telekinetic weapons/shales aura
