I'm at the part where you're doing the puzzle in front of the vault in which you have to switch between the characters in order to open up the doors, etc. However, upon trying to pick up the love letter, I won't allow me to pick it up. I'm right in front of it, I've tried different angles but it doesn't want to pick up at all.

I picked up the other one, (located to the right of the vault) without problem, it's just this one that doesn't seem to respond. I can't advance any further without picking it up, so I'm stuck where I'm at until it's fixed.

I've saved/reloaded the save, restarted the game, but to no avail. The same issue occurs. I'm on the PlayStation 3. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm not searching for love letters (amulets instead), but I'm getting the exact same bug. Can't pick it up no matter the angle.

Aha! It just takes a bit of fiddling. Got it now.

You have to be activate the both pressure plates on opposite sides of the escaped door inside the cage. The escaped door has to be unlocked before the second item can be picked up.

Ok got it. That didn't seem very necessary though. I'm sure the players would've figured out how to go further into the puzzle until the gates lifted so you could access the door...ah well.

Yeah, it seems bugged - until the vault door opens, then they can be picked up.

So... everyone can get both the love letter and the amulet? Because I've only been able to get the amulet, no matter what I do. I can loot both chests, but not both items, and I'm wondering if it's just a plot thing or if it's actually a bug.

Personal quest items found here can be:

>> AMULET - Fenris - A Warrior's Legacy
>> ARCANE FEATHER - Anders - Arcane Feathers
If you didnt bring the particular member with you into the DLC, you can't pick up item.
