NA, latest patch, and all released DLC including item packs. Not sure if it matters but it's the signature edition.

I've had to play through this DLC TWICE now. each time after I complete it and save (to a new save file) it is corrupt along with the autosaves and cannot be reloaded. Annoying. I really don't want to go through it a third time.

DLC purchased - everything bought plus signature edition bonus and facebook game unlockse

all save files pre-MtoA dlc are working fine
all save files (back in Hawke's house) post MotA completion and auto saves are corrupted.

I'll note that i reloaded save files for MotA while in the mountains or sneaking through the house and those worked just fine. any save after imprisonment is corrupted.

Holy cow that just happened to me.  i had to start all over again from the end of Act 3. i just updated the patch  -__- i copied my file to a flash just in case.  my game froze right at the end of the boss battle on MOTA.  i was so upset cause i thought i had lost EVERYTHING.

Same here every file i save after the dungeons is corrupted. I have lasted update and all of the DA2 DLC.

I've got the same damaged game save issues here. I have a NA system, I got the DLC through the NA Playstation store. I've got all the following DLC: Legacy, Item packs 1 and 2, Black Emporium, and Exiled Prince. Along with the new Mark of the Assassin DLC. I updated my Dragon Age 2 the day before the MotA came out. Had one damaged game save after finishing the vault puzzle then once I'm in the dungeons all the game saves get damaged. This seems like a pretty obvious bug that they should have been able to fix before release.

Yeah Completely agree, I started a new playthrough  so I could take another set of companions through, but uh I dont want to lose another playthrough.

I'm new here and only joined because of my specific problem... so I dunno if anyone who actually can do anything about this actually takes the time to read these forums, but here goes.

I've played all the way through this DLC with no problems until what I assume is the final boss... as soon as I beat it the screen freezes and just says 'loading..." I even let it sit for about an hour, while I did other things. Nothing happened it was just stuck. I had to manually turn off my ps3. That was yesterday... I started the game again and it began right at the cutscene before the battle. I beat it and again got the stuck loading screen. Then a third time.... what the hell?

I have the latest update both for my ps3 and the game itself. I have the other DLC installed... I'm playing the NA version.

I saw that a lot of other people are having this issue... is this being worked on? When is this getting fixed?

Honestly, until we hear about it from a moderator, chances are they either aren't working on it, or they haven't figured out how to fix the problem.

on a side note: i played with different party the second play through of this dlc and had same save file corruption issues (see prior post for my spec info)

You charge $10 and work several months on dlc that's only a few hours long (on NM) the **** should work or not have such glaringly bad glitches.

And that's getting real old.

Also, Cabir was unlootable when I killed him. No body turned up at all when I'm supposed to be able to loot him. Or is he only lootable for Warrior Hawkes? If so, then allow me to say that I find that to be stupid.

same. I'm in the U.S.A, have all the patches and all the DLC including the item packs, along with the bonus content that came with pre-ordering the Signature Edition and all the fancy gear supporting DAII.

twice...played it twice. the first time my manual save didn't work.  but the second time...it did.  but froze for a few.

my manual saves aren't working now. Just great.... this is just great. Now if I want to play MotA I have to play from the very beginning and on casual or normal so nothing gets screwed up if I die!

I have no idea if this'll work, as I haven't actually encountered the corrupted-save glitch (*knock on wood*), but I, like most of you, have the 1.04 patch, SE, all DLCs, so I thought I'd post on the off chance it helps. I was able to save and load normally through the sneaking section of the DLC; then, around the time of the gate puzzle, I switched autosave off. I beat the rest of the DLC in one sitting, but when I tried to load my most recent save later, it worked. Like I said, I could have been able to get through it just because I got lucky/some other unknown reason, but you might try going through MotA with autosave turned off and see if that helps. Sorry if it's useless, but I didn't want to keep it to myself if it might help.

 Let us know how it goes. I don't want to waste time doing it only for it to get corrupted. Thanks for being brave about it though.

I've been having the same issues - I'm a frequent saver over older / new slots, so I found out after reaching the vault and attempting to load my older saves, the oldest one that worked was the one at the very start of the stealth segment. Got a bit further, saved in a new slot, etc. and had it glitch sometime after poisoning the wyvern's food - but the save I made right before poisoning the food worked. Figure I'll just keep making periodic "new save / load" checks until I consistently get a glitch or something.

NA version of the game, newest patch installed, all DLC stuff installed, post-game save, party picked for DLC was Bethany, Isabella, and Tallis with a warrior Hawke using Hawke's key and some other DLC stuff on my characters (in case it's something odd like trying to load the game before the DLC items and that's causing a glitch or something.)

Edit:  Ok, after playing the part during the stealth section several times with my "test save" method, here's what happened:

-One corruption when entering the area (after getting the Orlesian Proverb codex entry and the painting for Bethany)
-One corruption after entering the balcony key room (where you get the key)
-One corruption when standing outside the locked balcony door
-Two corruptions after passing the "spilled meat pie loop" just past that door (both saves were made at the same time, neither worked.)

I'm not one to complain about stuff - problems happen, and I'm patient - but after this many corrupted saves in the same area, I think I'm done until they figure out a workaround.  Of course, this means I'm missing out on that ring or whatever, which really sucks, but maybe if they see there's people having problems, they'll remove or extend the time limit or something.  I mean, this is insane how many times I played the same 3-minute section and got corrupted saves after that point.

Playing EU Sig' edition with 1.04 patch. It crashed when I beat Prosper. I've re-downloaded it and it still aint working.
