By the way, at the end of the chat it says that they ended the chat because I was no longer available. Not true....they just "hung up" on me. I have to admit I was getting a little frustrated with what I was being told but the ATTITUDE REALLY SEEMS TO BE WE CAN'T FIX IT AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO - SO JUST RESTART YOUR GAME AND "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE."

Would it be possible for me to save one of the uncorrupted save files to a thumb drive. Unistall the game; then reinstall the game; and then upload the uncorrupted game to restart from where I was at so that I won't have to restart the whole game?

Well...that is at least a little better option. Problem is I saved over my previous game saves so I can't go back to a point with a saved game that is prior to when I started the DLC. So I will have to give it a try with what I have. Hopefully I will not have to restart the entire DAII game...

Hmm.....wow.....that is an EPIC FAIL on the part of EA and Bioware. I don't think I am all that interested in restarting this game. However, I will take it as a lesson learned about EA and Bioware and the crap they are willing to sell to make a quick buck at the expense of their customers.
