And this is big enough news to need two topics why? The First Fallout games where how many years ago? And are just how outdated? Plus doesn't Obsidian now work under Bethseda who is the publisher? And Arn't the Later Making Fallout 4 in anycase?

According to Chris Avellone, Obsidian's future plans are to work on a few RPGs using their own engine.

This would seem to rule out Fallout 4, which will most likely use the Creation Engine.

Heh. I'm really glad to see Tim Cain join Obsidian, but this is too true. Love Fallout: New Vegas, but Dungeon Siege 3 is quite a step down.
