So I'm in the room with the switch puzzles, the one where there are two chests on opposite sides of the room. I got to the chests fine, and the first chest, the one on the left with a love poem, I was able to pick up the poem then open the chest.
The chest on the RIGHT, however, even though there's an arrow pointing to the medallion resting on it, wont let me actually pick it up. What's going on here?
Can't pick up medallion?

You need to open the door behind before you can loot. Check my walkthrough in about 340 min to watch it. Im uploading since 8 hours....

It doesn't matter anymore. I got Tallis to stand on the switch of the previously looted chest, and then I could get the medallion. I hope that this helps anyone who has the same problem.
