How much money do you think it's acceptable for a company to make?
A difficult question to answer in this modern day and time, isn't it?
To not get sidetracked on any irrelevant discussions, I will admit to and claim the perspective and bias of the DAO/ME1 fanboi consumer.
Since you are asking me, I will answer you directly.
I do believe that a company should make as much money as neccesary in order to guarantee the continued existance of said company in an interactive entertainment market. However, I consider the expansion of the consumer base at the expense of earlier and more long-term consumer to be the strongest sort of betrayal; of course, there is no deal made between the company and the consumer never to betray eachother: just as the pair of friends never agreed to not backstab eachother for an extra buck, the company may do as it pleases for whatever short term or long term goal it may have.
The betrayal is of the sort that while never having been agreed against, is unexpected from the victim party...
*** This is the point that I realized that this is a really silly discussion and I'll just let it go. Discussing this whole topic upon the changes of Bioware and the addition of multiplayer is all QUITE silly and I'll have no part of it any more!

Thanks for the talk, though.
