agreed, what kind of MP doesn't allow for split-screen (not talking about purely PC games like MMOs or RTSs), that's why i'm really skeptical about this MP, seems tacked on simply for a money grab, making ppl pay for DLC

I really, really hope they find a way to implement split screen. It'd be cool to introduce my favorite series to my gf by actually playing it with her.

i would have liked to of least had local play 
but i agree with most of you here that it sucks to have no splitscreen. what if the servers are down, we cant play. I sometimes feel that splitscreen is a dying aspect of gaming these days!
