I know its not a big deal, but i'm trying to get alistar's approval, and "Duncans Shield" is in the back room on the Warehouse that conciled by a self, you can access it on PC version but i cant move the Shelf to get into the back room on xbox 360 version. Please fix this

You can only get it after a certain point in the story late in the game, after talking to a specific person. Have you met these requirements?

It's after you rescue Riordin from arl howes prison, landmeet quest. He will be standing near Eamon at his estate. Ask him about they grey wardens and it will come up about the secret stash and unlock it.

You can not enter the back room until the landsmeet because it is a secret Grey Warden vault. You have to rescue Riordan from Howes prison on the quest to rescue the queen (easy enough since you really just run in to him on you travels down there) once you have done that finish up in the prison and make sure to go in every room to get the Grey Warden Papers from a chest in there. When you get back to the the house he is stud to the left of Eamon in the corner, talk to him and at the bottom is "are these your papers" once you done that smooth sailing he tells you everything.
