Hello all, I have a small problem.
I beat Mass Effect a few years ago and kept my level 60 soldier (I always keep my saved games) but I mistakenly wiped out my entire hard drive about 2 weeks ago. I started a new soldier yesterday and with the help of the achievements/boosts from my previous playthroughs I managed to hit level 50 today pretty early in the game.
My problem is that even though I've beaten the game multiple times, my level cap for this character is level 50 and I am pretty sure after beating the game the first time this was removed for all future characters. I knew I wasn't going to get level 60 in 1 playthrough but I was planning on it early-mid game in my second playthrough...and I'd hate to go on playing at this 50 cap because I still have so much left in my game (dlcs/tons of assignments/more than half of story). Is there anyway I can let the game know that I have the achievement and that my cap can be raised to 60...? It seems to work with all the other achievements like the xp boost/ bonus talents etc except the lvl cap.
Thanks in advance.
xbox 360 level 50 cap not removed

If you have the Medal of Honour achievement, it should automatically unlock levels 51-60.
I have had this achievement for over 3 years. I even have insanity unlocked.

Not sure what to suggest, all I can think of is wiping the hdd glitched the system and its not reading the achievements correctly from your account. I understand the logic behind the Xbox, but am unfamiliar with the mechanics. Might have to wait for an Xbox specialist to wade in.

I have been looking around and have found 2 people who have had similar experiences after downloading and installing DLC's. I will delete my DLC's for ME1 later and report back with results.
