I could not find a way for me to search for the answer as the page is currently so broken for me in multiple browsers I can't search. (Tried in Chrome, IE and Firefox...) But I so far have not even been able to START the download. I saw that there were threads for broken downloads and slow downloads but so far I just click on the link and get a connection refused.
Ill keep with the trend and post that I'm in the USA based around Central california.
(And if anyone could give me a heads up on how to fix the way the site appears id really appreciate it too.)

Thought I would post an update on this. I cannot currently download ANY content including official patches. All of them present me with a connection refused.

I think I fixed the issues. It was through my virus protection. Though it wasn't telling me it was filtering browsing. I uninstalled it and rebooted and it started to work.

Mine got interrupted every time, I download it. I try different computers, the same thing happened.
