So I beat the game. Hawke and I are stuck in our house. I purchased THE EXILED PRINCE dlc to keep playing some more, and i can see it's registered with my game because I have the new quest in my journal.
Now, I can't access ANY of Kirkwall! I can't go to hightown to go to the chantry, NOTHING is available, it's all blacked out on my map. How the heck do I access this thing? Super annoying! Help!
So confused, beat the game and can't access kirkwall for DLC?

The Exiled Prince is integrated with the main campaign, rather than a stand-alone product. You'll either need to reload a (much) earlier save or start a new game. It starts off with a board quest in Act I, then you can pick up Sebastian in Act II, and from that point he's a regular companion.
Both of the other major DLCs start from your house, so you can access Legacy or Mark of the Assassin after completing the game.

Daaaaang, thanks Quillan. I must say i'm pretty persed off to find out the hard way that TEP isn't end game DLC. I basically won't enjoy it until I start a new playthrough. Apparently there are three main quests in TEP, one can only be accessed in Act 1, another only in Act 2, and the last in Act 3. Great.
As for the others, I find that helpful - thank you!.
RADBlue - Have you checked in-game on the main screen whether it says you have Mark of the Assassin installed?
