I've been saving up caps in anticipation of the rewards for both Battlefield 3 and Mass Effect 3, lol.

It wouldn't be so bad if this promotion wasn't a NA only thing. :(

Indeed, I love Dr Pepper, but since I'm in the uk I can't get anything for it.

Don't suppose anyone has some spare codes I could have actually? I'd much appreciate it!

Btw dont listen to DP customer support anyone, I remember awhile back I asked if the 2011 codes(this was in 2010) would be in available in countries other than the U.S since the codes themeselves worked everywhere, and all they said was "The codes are only available and only work in the U.S".

Ummm the last ones were anything but useless, I use the Umbra visor on pretty much any Shepard with Biotics, plus it's the coolest looking headgear in the game.

It's still possible to get the promotional headwear? I thought that ended last year.

No, it's still available till the end of the year, I just got all 3 Pepper items today thanks to amazingly kind American souls who gifted me codes <3

I like DR Pepper. I don't mind it at all.

First they came for the Sprite drinkers, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Sprite drinker...

Nobody here would happen to have an extra Dr. Pepper code lying around for the ME2 items? Been trying to find the game codes, but I can't find the Dr. Pepper bottles with the codes under them.

Anyways, hope they have some cool items for ME3.

What about people that don't get Dr. Pepper, I don't even think it's sold here in Australia. Are we just screwed as usual. I really wanted that Recon Hood for ME2 but alas no Dr. Pepper codes. If any kind soul has any codes laying around they don't want I would be forever in there debt if they could send a couple my way :D

I REALLY hope that this isn't the case. It would leave me unable to unlock them. Me being a filthy norwegian and all.

I think it will, Dr. Pepper already has the game listed on their site for future prizes. xS
Ever since Bioware joined up with the EA menece, its been nothing but bad news....

Anyways when Mass Effect 3 comes out I may have some extra codes, just dont let me forget. ;]

So if I just get the codes from a friend of mine in the states I can use them even though I live in Australia?

Just curious how an Aussie would go about getting and using the codes. I missed out on ME2 codes and was hoping to take advantage of a friend of mine who has a rather serious Dr Pepper addiction for 3.

I really dislike this sort of cross-brand marketing. Being 'granted' items based on an unrelated purchase rubs me the wrong way. I can't help but feel that I'm being deprived of content for not consuming a certain brand or buying from a certain store - something that's ENTIRELY unrelated to the game. (And I do see it as a deprivation - the content was created by the development team and is ready to be used in game, but is withheld from all but a select few who are willing/able to purchase a certain product that is not the game. It is especially unfair given that it is region-locked.) Game experience and assets should not vary between people who purchase an identical product (that product being the game) simply because of their purchasing habits in regards to other (unrelated) products.

1. We know almost nothing about multiplayer, other than it is co-op
2. An entire different studio is working on it( Montreal, Edmonton is working on the singleplayer)
3. Bioware has enough money and staff to make sure that singleplayer gets the right resources
4. Relax and have faith, if you enjoyed me1 and me2, chances are this game will be enjoyable as well

What about people like me that lives on a country where Dr. Pepper doesn't exist?

eh, surprised at people in other countries asking for codes, I don't drink dr. pepper but I bought all 3 codes on ebay for $1.99. :/

I'll probably end up doing something similar for the ME3 codes.

Man, I would really love some codes...but I REALLY don't want to buy a bottle of Dr.Pepper, especially when I have at least five sodas that I love alot more then Dr.Pepper.

Ah man I hope not. I only got two of the three items from the ME2 promotion, and I hate tracking down all the promotions to try and get them all.

I am still haunted by the one that got away... Sniff.

Seriously though, I hate all the promotions strewn everywhere.
