(The recipe information can be found on the six rune pillars surrounding the machine but IIRC it requires a Lore or Spellcraft check.)

Left (Defensive) urn
Ruby (1) - Spell immunity to lower level spells & increased SR
Ruby (3) - Spell immunity to lower/mid level spells & increased SR
Belladonna (6) - Haste
Dragon blood (1) - Stoneskin
Slaad tongue (6) - Elemental protection
Fairy dust (1) - Imp Invis
Right( Offensive) urn
Ruby (1) - Fire damage to enemies
Ruby (3) - Higher fire damage to enemies
Belladonna (4) - Slow on enemies
Dragon blood (1) - Gust of wind (KD & disperse spell cloud)
Slaad tongue (10) - AoE instant kill spell DC 14
Fairy dust (1) - AoE stun
Note: Keep in mind that caster level is the standard one used for creating item enhancements like scrolls, wands, potions, etc.

many thx, this is exactly what I wanted to know!
I am almost sure I will take the protective stuff, freeing spell slots for more pwoerful offensive sruff. I assune you can use the machine once only....
EDIT: Experience showed to me that you have to use both urns, i thought you had to choose one.

HipMaestro, your notes are a little off. Ruby defensively puts up mantles not spell immunity or SR. NWN wikia has an article for the abilities used here. Though this article is devoted to the abilities more than the reagents used for creation.
