More ruins with a proper hoard guarded by a badass dragon would be nice. Also more origin stories, another character class (a magic user with new, specialized spells) and more about the history of the Grey Wardens.

Learning more about the Jedi was awesome in both KotOR games.

Bioware made it clear in another thread that DLC will prolly never affect the main story.

There will be : new dialogs, new loots, new maps, new monsters (not sure), new max level (maybe one day), new spells (maybe one day too).

Why ? Because it will be too much work for them to edit the main content of the game.

I'd like for them to expand upon some of the flirting you can do with other non-party members, and potentially make some side romances out of them. (I want to romance Teagan damnit!) However I'd prefer a continuation of the story, or some add-on that takes us to a new place entirely, more than anything else. The extra romances would just be much wanted filler. x3

I want an episode where I join the other Grey Wardens and discuss griffins. Preferably with Wynne and possibly with Morrigan. Four Gray Wardens pestering Morrigan about turning into a griffin could be comedy gold.

AGREED

Maybe some short DLC where you are in control of one of your companions, and their adventures leading up to meeting the PC.  (That way they wouldn't need the original voice actors, since you'd be in command of the character's responses.)

For the Morrigan freaks, they could run around the Wilds stalking Templars and what not, or learn how to shapeshift...
I can see Leliana having a few cool "intriguey" rouge quests, or her escape from Orlais.

Alistair's attempts to get kicked out of the Chantry, pillowfights and screaming fits...

They might be a little linear, but I don't know, if it were done right, I'd totally shell out a few bucks to flesh out these characters a bit more.  Wouldn't affect the main quest, except maybe granting new items or skills or something.

Character classes... I keep thinking how easy it would be to make a Druid type character. Everything you need is already there but you would need to combine some rogue and mage skills. It's obvious that you don't have to be at the circle to learn magic. They could even make a class that allowed you to play as an abomination.

Somebody probably already figured out how to combine classes using mods or something but right now I have the game on xbox so until I up my computers capabilities I'm pretty much stuck with whatever is officially available.

More customisation options for the main character. Soundsets in particular. In fact, I'd settle for an update that allowed us to pick and choose from ALL the soundsets as they currently stand, just because I'm so very desperate to give a human noble one of the supposedly "elven" voices.

I ended up going with the human cocky on the virtue of a pretty good "How Do You Do" only to be driven insane by it over the course of the game. If only they'd got Robin Atkin Downes to do a generic badass voice. He provided minor voices for the game, why not a soundset? Boo! :P

Since this is Dragon Age, I want to fight Dragons in my Dragon-scale armor at Dragon's peak, using dragon-bone weaponry.

But seriously, in a game called Dragon Age, more than three of them would have been cool.

Well technically you DO get to fight a virtual army of Dragonlings throughout the entire game, but then again slaughtering baby dragons is no where near as satisfying as killing the adult females. (Not too sure about the gender of the archdemon though. =x)

I would rather have an expansion as well that continues with my PC's story.

Put me down for a full-fledged expansion, Throne of Bhaal style, instead of the inevitable handful of hour-long (content-wise) DLC's.

Maybe a DLC based in Dragon's peak? The location is mentioned in the story and we can also see it on the map, but we can't go there... maybe a dragon battle would be nice!

DLC wise, dialogue dialogue dialogue. More so dialogue between companions and PC, since if you do a lot of sidequesting and chitchat with companions, you exhaust their dialogues before the main story has been finished.
I would love to see them adding more detailed conversations to the end of the game in Denerim prior to the Landsmeet and after. Getting oppertunities to actually voice your thoughts to Alistair or other companions without having to listen to their comments on the estate over and over again.

Basically having them build on what's already there but is lacking in its current state.

And ofcourse dialogue for Teagan. His comment on "if circumstances were different" gives a nice excuse to give the pc more dialogue with him when circumstances in Redcliffe ARE different. I don't need a full romance with him, that's impossible to ask and won't happen in a DLC. But adding conversations where you show you have an interest in him and something builds between the two of you would be lovely.
Add to that a post coronation dialogue with him where he could speak on what he felt during that cutscene he got watching the explosion when you slay the archdemon and you have set things up for a romance option for a future expansion or sequel.
A little text in the epilogue stating you travelled to Redcliffe afterwards alongside Teagan and done....for now ;)

-More companions

-New monsters

-New skills

-New dungeons

-New "useful" items... 95% of the loot in this game is useless.

I want to see more of Schmooples. I would pay for an hour long bunnypig-themed quest.

Morestory!!1`12`13`1ELEVENTY

I loved the setting, party banter always brought a smile to my face, and all the characters are interesting. Expansion, please. Hell, if they guys decided to ditch the game aspect and turn it into a choose your own adventure/visual novel, I'd be onboard if for no other reason than faster development time, haha.

I can only hope that they don't plan on leaving the story where it is for two years while pumping out more of this DLC. Dungeon Crawls are great fun, and I'm looking forward to them but to use Mass Effect as an example: I was a whole lot more pumped for it two years ago then I am now, even before Dragon Age burrowed into the pleasure center of my brain.

dlc just isn't long enough to be worth the money. It seemed to be geared towards players who just want loot or extra skills.

I'll gladly pay for a full fledged expansion, however. The length of an expansion allows the telling of a more epic story.

Expansion > 1hour-long DLC , however if it's DLC or -nothing- I'll take the DLC as I enjoyed the game enough for that. (I Agree with the Throne of Bhaal statement, to this day I replay BG2 & BG2:ToB about 1/year, hopefully Bioware can continue in the same trend with EA as they did with Interplay)

How about a darker ending for ferelden. The option to take the bad guys side at almost every turn, and bring an army of redcliff zombies, abomination mages, werewolves, golems, and dust town thugs to denerim and remove loghain from power by torching denerim, an act which boosts the numbers of zombies and werewolves in your army for the fight against the archdemon. taking the good or evil path to get to the end would probably have to rest on your choice at redcliff alone though.

GRIFFONS. Seriously, they can't all be dead. I refuse to accept this.

yah cause entire species NEVER die out do they? :?

now if I can just get that damned dinosaur off my porch..

Someone obviously needs to take a step back from the game and do some more book reading.    That "dinosaur" on your porch is either an alligator or your date from the previous night.   60 million years from now we'll prolly look much like fat, gelatinous, blobs with nothing but a pointy appendage to press the button for more food.:alien:

I vote for continuation after the "end".

I really like the idea of an apostate mage origins.
