The Exalted March on the Dales? The New Exalted Marches against Tevinter? One of the "rumour and hearsay" DA:O epilogues even mentioned that the last Divine was contemplating a March on Orzammar.


The only Exalted March that wasn't about spreading the Chant of Light was the one against the Qunari.

The Chantry's Exalted March against the elves was about intervening in a war that already existed between the Dales and Orlais. The Exalted Marches against the Tevinter Imperium as about ending a political schism that had developed over time.

Hail the State! Sorry, Hail the Qun! You must "Submit" to the Qun, which can be done willingly or unwillingly in their territory. Where is "free will", "independence", "liberty"? Those fundamental Rights of Man as the United Nations puts it. The Chantry doesn't execute Dwarves for their beliefs in the Ancestors. What would the Qun do to the Average Believing Dwarf, if they didn't give it up and submit to the Qun.

BTW - Even America doesn't execute all traitors.
