Seriouslly why the hell does EA have to ruin everything, there was nothing wrong at all the Bioware fourms and EA totally create this display of pure crapness. I cant use my bioware account because its not linked up to EA account, if i want to have my dragon age ID available i have to make a EA account but then it says me gamertag is taken and i cant even link up my goddamn games..... WTF 

Why do you have to do all this **** for, you force us to use this peice of shet site for no reason, open up our old fourms enought of this EA bull. I'll glady use this site when its bug free but everything on it is totally pissed up, nothing works... well what do you expect with EA, cant do anything write. IDIOTS

I think the main thing is that all accounts are tied to the same email account as your gamertag.



And after reading your post, I really can't determine what the exact problem is. Can you state your issue more succintly and distinctly? Sans explitives, if you please

Meh. I share some of the OP's sentiments. I do not find this new website anywhere near as navigable as the former one (and that one was by no means the easiest one I've come across either!). I like to think there is a way that to link this account with my old account without too much effort, yet I remain skeptical. It should just automatically have linked after asking if you wanted to enter your old ID/profile and then do the work for you. Could it be worse? Sure. We could also be facing an imminent bout of ebola, mass riots, starvation, etc. (sadly, some people do around the world) but within the context of this forum and the old one it's added hassle for the users and to what purpose?

The best suggestion I can come up with regarding Electronic Arts is to report problems to the Better Business Bureau.. On most sites people complain about EA.. yet their business rating remains an A. Lower that rating and stockholders and investors take notice.

While I understand the whole "I hate EA" thing, because I partially belive in it and yes, they are a money hungry coporation... You still have to recognize EA for giving small time developers and others, like for example Bioware, the money needed to develop great games like Dragon Age and Mass Effect... Because let's face it, making video games isn't anywhere near as cheap these days compared to 10 years ago... And also, developing for one system usually isn't enough either.

I'm not going to dig into specifics, but they are making things more and more complicated for one game then they should be. You can get in-game DLC my playing the flash game, having a EA account, pre-ordering, buying it brand new, pre ordering it from a certain store, getting the collectors edition, etc...

Then the methods, and then the massive unaddressed glitches, etc...



On the plus side, I'm happy that they listened to DLC ideas, like the mod that adds duncans robes and the king's armor, they took that and added it to the next DLC to be released. It's like a mod that got fixed up and added to what they were already going to release, thats cool...

Tell me something I don't know. lol. Not the first time EA has been anal about things and I really think that's what the case is here. An EA account is seperate from XBOXLIVE and my guess is there probably a EA account user named Commander Q playing ARMY OF TWO or something while the person has a totally differant XBOXLIVE account name. I know it's spitballs but I still it's lame.

I even heard of a situation with C&C RED ALERT 3 that if you talk trash about EA on the forums about the tech support your account will be banned and the game that you are playing will be unplayable.

That started with Spore. After the complete ****ing joke that was Spore EA sent out a edict that stated that anyone bad mouthing EA on any of their forums will have ALL of their EA games banned. This only works for PC games and DRM, they can actually stop you from playing any EA games on the PC via a DRM code. Once again this just shows how ****ing vile this company is and the sooner they go belly up the better. I can say that because I will never ever buy a EA PC game. Try and ****ing ban me from playing a game I have bought on my xbox EA, MS pwns you miserable ****s.

And where's the ****ing patch already?

The weird thing is EA lost a bunch of moola this year.. they said they were going to have to lay off many, many people. I was hoping it would give some of the companies they forcefully took over the chance to buy themselves back out. I still remember the fear I had when they tried to buy out Rockstar.. *shudder*... and the disappointment I felt when they bought out Bioware..

EA thinks they are the Peter Jackson of the gaming world. However, they are quite the opposite.

Everything Peter Jackson touches turns to Gold and EA thinks they do the same.

Remember Mirrors Edge? Yeah.

Need for Speed series? Started out good when EA was starting out. Now they all suck terribly.


I'm sorry EA, but basic economic rules apply here. Monopolies DO ruin everything.

The problem is that BW is now just a front name for EA. Once EA took over BW they call all of the shots. What is most obvious is that BW are now working under EA Q&A guidelines, so this means the quality has gone from all the games with the BW label on it.

The facts speak for themselves. I have never come across a more broken game from BW than this one. All the bugs in the game! A just real basic ones like DEX not working. This is typical EA Q&A. No polish just shovel the **** out the door and make money.

Its the same for DLC. No real announcement on when the game will be fixed, but we sure do know that DLC is on the way. Who would want to pay that kind of money for two armor sets anyway? So, the fact stands that BW as we all knew it is dead. EA bought the brand and is now running it. So BW is subject to EA quality control which is ZERO.

I would not hold my breath for ME 2. It will have the same Q&A as DA:O. So expect a buggy broken piece of ****.
