Hi,
i have a following problem and i would appreciate if someone could help me
solve it. I have a EA account, with registered DAO, ME2, and DA2 and lots of
DLC. The problem is that i haven’t used my account in the while. That said i
forgot the password since i haven’t used it in. The password which i use
regularly doesn’t seem to work so I’m puzzled a bit.
In the mean time my e mail address has changed and i don’t have the access to
it (Provider went out of business). So i can’t perform password change over my account,
because the automatic mail is now sent to nonexistent address.
I tried changing my email address but it resulted only in shutting down my DLC
in the games i have, saying that i don’t have this DLC installed with this
username.
Can someone from EA please help me concerning this issue?
Thanks in advance!

I'm the same guy that wrote the post above.
Now even Firefox isn't logging me automatically, so i needed to create new account so i can post.
Please people, i need help.
All my saved games and play-troughs are gone, i cant load them because it says its the wrong account. Is there a way to retrieve password because now i don't have any access at all.

I'm sort of having the same problem,It(Game register)won'take site name or my password to register my games.ME2 is ok it looks like.DA:O my charcters and achevments are there but I can't post in all threads.DA:2It'does not list my game and refuses to take code or my site name.Tries the send password/site nameto e-mail,it said it did but it did not.I tried to e-mail ea directly with the e-mail us.It wants the password and site name that it won't take to e-mail them about the problem. As you can see the site takes my Ihatebadgames just refuses to do anyting with it.
Have you tried to e-mail a moderator?

Hey guys, if you are having problems with your accounts you will need to contact EA Support. We don't have the ability to modify them.

Is there a phone number or other way to get ahold of them.Everything I've found wants my password and site name and It(the site) keeps telling me my site name is not a valid name.So I can't e-mail using the e-mail us.

Hello Radivoje,
Normally when you login to social.bioware.com you would login with your EA account to ensure that you have only one account. If you have not, you will need to login with the account you registered your games/DLC to.
Please post back if you require further assistance.
