Got exact same problem. Running HD5870 Crossfire 11.10 V3 Drivers.
Win 7 64 bit.
Intel i7
6 gig ram.
Got blue screen eventually telling me there was a timeout when trying to reset Graphics Driver.
Crashes 100% at that exact spot.

The results of winning the final battle will never be realized, as the game crashes at the final blow every single time. Have attempted several times now. I am unable to complete the game due to the glitch. I other wise loved the new DLC, but it left me feeling very disappointed that it ended with a big black screen of nothing.

I tried 11.10 drivers and managed to play through the first year in Kirkwall, but then the game crashes again at the first cutscene in Mark of the Assassin...

I'm having the same issue here, and it is VERY annoying to have purchased DLC and be unable to play it due to this bug.

I'm having the same issue as well, and when I recently started a new character my game keeps crashing during first conversation with Aveline in an identical fashion. Also, I too have Ati Radeon 5800 series.
I'm playing for the first time, no DLC and am crashing here too (Radeon 5850). Still no solution, it seems...

Having the same problem; Radeon HD 5800, with both the 11.9 and new 12.1 drivers.
... and running in DX9 mode instead of DX11 eliminated the problem.

running in DX9 solved it for me (radeon 5850). It seems AMD GPU:s have the most problems...
