Whoa. Well let's see... +6 AC for Monk level, +8 for bracers, +5 for natural armor necklace, +4 from a +8 Wis item, +4 for a +8 Dex item, +1 Dodge feat, umm... +5 for 20 Dex. So +32 for a Wisdom of 74? He/she must be a god!

He also had a few levels of Duelist (if that makes a difference), and was wearing the +10 'Dread Wraps' robe. Most of his other equipment was crafted rather than off-the-rack. I'll post his stats if you are interested.

Since the start of this thread 3 months ago, another 10 modules (of varying quality but still) have been released.

I've seen a lot of communities less productive.

Monks need some levels, yes, but they don't need to be epic to be good, they can start to kick serious ass at 8-10.

STR 17 (total 26) +8 Bonus
DEX 16 (total 22) +6 Bonus
CON 22 (total 28) +9 bonus
INT 20 (total 22) +6 Bonus
WIS 19 (total 28) +9 Bonus
CHA 9  (total 10)

-Feats-
Honarary Jarl: +1 CHA
Great Wisdom: +1 WIS
Safiya's Love: +2 WIS
Armor Skin: +1 AC (Nat)
Hulmarra's Emerald: +2 INT
Canny Defence: +6 AC from INT bonus
Monk AC: +9 WIS bonus, +1 AC per 5 levels (+4)
+20 AC bonus from feats

-Equipment-
Dread Wraps robe: +10 AC, -2 CON (Bonedancer ring stops CON penalty)
Likely Amulet: +5 AC (Nat), +6 WIS, +6 CON
Cloak of Fortification: +6 AC (Deflect)
Boots of the Sun Soul: +5 AC (Dodge)
Belt of the Panther: +9 STR, +6 DEX

+26 AC bonus from equipment

Total AC: 65

DannJ.. Nice monk ! Makes my evil monk/assassin that travelled the same journey look like a bit of a pathetic specimen. She still pops out of retirement every now and then for a bit of testing.
