To get that out of the way: Yes, I clicked to activate my DA2 online profile, several times since the games was released. And I have not used the dev console, at least not the whole time, only for very short instances.

Still, there has been nothing uploaded at all, not a single piece of data from my characters, not one achievement or unlock, not from any kind of DLC nor the retail game. This makes it hard to get stuff like that MotA ring, e.g.
