product key does not approve

I'm unable to start DA2, because it tells that it is unable to activate DA2 on the PC and that I should locate the product key and enter it. But when I press" Enter product key" it has automaticly entered a code, that should appear to be the correct one, but then it tells me that the product key has already been used to activate DA2. I have registered the game at this bioware account, the code worked fine there, but it still does not work. Help please!

Personally, I never had a similar problem. I happen to know that some others have, and posted messages here about it. If I read any of the answers, none stuck in my memory. Forums such as this one are seasonal in nature, and it isn't yet "back" to a busy level from its summertime ebb. There aren't many of the experienced gamers on hand now, which leaves the Stickies and the archives as the best way to get answers now.
