new here, and even tho i got DA day of, still new to the game, but i really like some of the mod ideas coming about but dont feel like going through the hassle ish of getting the toolset on my comp.  is it needed or can u just dl other ppls mods and run them without it?

No, I don't think so, you just need the game installed. Toolset is only needed if you want to actually make them.

yah the mods (if they are done right) will just sit in your installed content, and can be toggled on and off. You don't need the toolset to run them, and it's a pretty easy to drag and drop kind of thing in the right folder to get them to work.
