Sorry to dump this topic cause i can't find any clear answer on my case.
I buy mass effect 2 from my friend and it's have Cerberus network code (my friend claim they never used this code before) so i  try to redeem in-game screen but fail also i try on this link http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php but fail too with message  Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly.   

First i think this code had to be used by someone but am not sure about that and this error it's clearing not that issue
Could someone suggest me how do i do?:(

Seeing that it's claiming that you haven't entered the code correctly then that should be your first line of investigation. Check whether you're confusing certain letters or numbers. On the social site here see if adding in hyphens, or taking them away helps.

This is all assuming that the code is indeed unused of course. A used code should have a different error message as you suspect.

OK! i Got it, thanks for the advice.
I try to redeem code again and finally see I'm mistake "G" letter with "6"
now i can redeem code perfectly !! thank you again !!
