Apparently the game doesn't register that I have indeed activated all the extra content available with the Ultimate Edition, despite being logged in on the same profile. This has come out of the blue and there haven't been any changes to the computer. This is crap! Does anyone know why this happened?

This is a known issue and patch 1.05 will fix it. If you aren't using steam (not sure about Origin) you can download the beta patch and it should fix the problem but you might experience longer loading times instead. Read the sticky thread about patch 1.05 for more information about the issue and the patch.
