This appears to be bugged for me. I can't loot the last feather on the chest. I see it glowing but can't click on it. However, from far away I see "loot icon" (chest icon) but when I click character just comes near it and still doesn't pick it.

I have the same problem but with A warriors legacy quest. I can't pick up the amulet but I see the same loot icon from far away. My character comes close and nothing happens. Incredibly annoying!

Yup, cannot pick up the feather or poem from the chest in the puzzle room. Argh and I don't want to leave either!

The left most chest is bugged in the caged room with the stone switch flooring before the door that says vault. I have opened the chest on the right side of the room, but the chest on the left side of the room remains locked for some reason. It still glitters like there is something in it when I am far away. When I walk up close to it, the glitter goes away. I am unable to open the chest on the left side of the room. It's pretty much a game stopping bug for me.

I can not get the cage in front of the vault door to unlock now.

I'm getting the same. If I go for either chest, the other stops being lootable, and the main cage doors no longer open.

After I post that, I find a work around. After getting to the second chest I had Tallis stand on the stone in front of the right chest, and Hawke on the stone in front of the left chest, the loot became clickable and the gates reopened.

Oh, realised you have to have both your characters standing on the two tiles in front of the chests in order to loot the items. :-)

Simple when you know what to do!!!

Thanks a lot I stop playing and tried to get the answer for a few days now... I though it was a bug for Fenris amulet, cause I didn't have that problem with the feathers!!!
