When you buy the dlc, you are given the promo code to redeem for the content. It depends on how you buy it, how you get the code. E.g. some download providers email it to you (be sure to check spam folders if your security is set high).
Seeing as how you did not provide us with much information, how can you expect comprensive help? Also, if you have a problem even after to trying what's in the stickies, start a seperate thread. It's usually considered bad form to 'necro' old threads.
Oh, and personally, I find it irksome when someone just spews text and can't be bothered to format or even punctuate. *expletive deleted* laziness. Make a little effort, and maybe others will make more effort to help.

For Win7, alt+tab out of the game, press "Window"+R (shortcut for the "RUN" command, little key on the bottom left of the keyboard with a "windows" symbol on it), type "services.msc" to launch the services.
Scroll down the list to the "D's" and look for Dragon Age. Select it and you'll be given the option to "start" it.
once it's started, alt tab to the game and Voilà. No patch, no hassle, all good. Just takes an extra step before playing but you get none of the bugs and problems reported by ppl with patch 1.05.
(I actually uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, didnt solve the problem, then found this easy sol'n on the french forums. Since it's helped me so much, I thought I'd share this with the english forum) ;-)
Enjoy

Also you should register your game here if you want most people to help you, because it proves you didn't pirate the game and thus have a legal copy that only has the base issues instead of adding issues related to the hacking of it. Most people don't want to waste time on people who pirate the games and then ask for help to get them working right.

once the contents appear in your online account, you can play them in the game. But apparently, it's best to start the update service manually after you launch the game.

I got so far as to scroll for the "D"s but i couldnt find Dragon Age in the menu.
I bought the dragon age ultimate version from steam and also bought every dlc aviable, none of the are authurized by the game even though theyre registered on my bioware account =/
Is bioware even trying to come up with a solution for this?

If it is the Ultimate edition then only the beta patch can be used at this time, because it comes patched up to 1.04 already. The beta patch is in a sticky at top of forum.
